London Pop Up
As Kate Spade was expanding internationally, we wanted to test the waters with London. We took over a townhouse and designed every room as if "the Kate spade girl" was living there. The best part is that we didn't have to sell product—it was purely a brand awareness project. We got to be a little more playful and experimental than in the past, pushing those surprise-and-delight moments. The house hosted press previews and a cocktail party where Au Revoir Simone performed.
